On these web pages I would like to present a fascinating
juggling prop, which is not very
well known - the devilstick. It is a conical formed
stick, which is hit back and forth by two handsticks or
spinning like a propeller.
The name 'devil' has nothing to do with the devil.
Probably the origin of the devilstick is situated in China. In the course of
time the English name has been established from the original meaning
for hitting the stick back and forth.
